These are excellent results that represent a significant step forward for the school in achieving the potential that it clearly has. The pupils at Slough and Eton are superb and their hard work has paid off. The support from staff and parents has been amazing and special praise needs to be given to Mrs Dessai, the Head of Year, who has worked tirelessly to help the pupils achieve these results. We are delighted with the number of pupils achieving high grade passes and this will help get a flying start in our Sixth Form, however, the most pleasing result is that every pupil has got at least three passes. Put this together with the range of vocational qualifications and work experience opportunities that we give the pupils and it provides them with a firm foundation to move on to university or work.
A Level Results
Our Year 13 students have collected their long awaited results. There were some very nervous faces and it was fantastic to see the looks of joy as many received the results needed to go to their chosen universities. Our 6th form continues to grow and once again we are very pleased with these results. There are some excellent individual performances, but we congratulate all of the students on their success and wish them the very best for the future. We expect most of our students to go to University. Thanks to staff and parents who have guided and supported them in the last two years.

Activities day
On Wednesday all pupils in school were involved in activities run by the staff. Some activities such as archery, horse riding, kayaking, and raft building took place out of school whilst those in school included cake decoration, international cooking and music madness.

Young Entrepreneurs Get Busy
Tuesday 20th July was the school’s annual Enterprise Day. Pupils spend the day working in their Houses on an Olympic enterprise project where they had to design, cost and present ideas for new Olympic products, including trainers. They worked especially well and developed teamwork, communication and confidence skills as well as competing against their peers to get into the final.
