Examination

Magistrates Mock Trial
A group of year 9 students participated in the Magistrates Mock Trial 2010 competition. Slough and Eton students surpassed stiff competition from Churchmead, Cox Green and Herschel Grammar school. We won both rounds and as a result are through to the regional finals.

 

Year 7 Farm Trip
On the 2nd of march year 7 were taken on a trip to Rushall farm in Reading.  They went there to look at a real working farm in action.  They learnt about soil types and what soil you needed to grow good crops. They then looked at how crop rotation can produce more crops to make more money for the farm.

The Incognitos
On Friday 12th February, Slough and Eton invited Eton College's close-harmony group, The Incognitos' to perform to Year 7s and 8s. This was a real treat and many of our pupils were overwhelmed at what the boys could achieve with their voices and no instruments! Let's see if we can get some close-harmony up and running at Slough and Eton!
