On Friday 11th December, Slough and Eton School invited over 80 senior citizens from the Slough area to celebrate Christmas with us. Our guests were presented with a 40 minute concert which included performances from the Year 7 Choir, Senior choir and sixth form. Our Year 8 pupils put on a short play about Christmas, and two of our Year 7s read a Christmas reading flawlessly! Our guests were then invited to sing some carols themselves, before being served a delicious gourmet meal specially prepared and served by some of our Year 10 pupils who have had ten hours of training from a professional chef. With thanks to everyone who took part it was a really fantastic event!
