This year the theme for Science Week was Earth. This provided the opportunity for pupils in all year groups to take part in innovative lessons to discover the Earth Sciences. In Lower School pupils created a crystal rain forest, looked at plate tectonics and made their own seismographs. Meanwhile, Year 10 designed and constructed earthquake proof model buildings and Year 11 looked at the effects of flooding. The theme was adopted by other departments in the School to highlight Science Week further.
Thank you to all pupils and staff for making Science Week an enjoyable and interesting experience.
