We were very proud to watch over thirty pupils take part in a production of Bugsy Malone. The singing, acting and dancing were a joy to watch and gave a chance to showcase the talent that we have with some very strong performances. Apart from being very enjoyable the pupils are developing extremely important skills around communication, presentation and public speaking confidence. These are skills that are very much in demand in the work place and being involved in performing arts will help our pupils be work ready. Pupils working hard behind the scenes have also been deeply involved and are learning skills around theatre production, team work and problem solving. Our appreciation is also extended to the staff that put so much effort in to the staging of this production.
