The Sixth Form cricket team played in the under 19 National Cup against Marling School, Stroud on Wednesday 5th May. With the hosts batting first they immediately showed their intent by scoring 287 runs in 40 overs. After lunch, and with a full stomach, our team set out to achieve greatness but unfortunately lost by 4 wickets. The pupils enjoyed the experience immensely and were complimented by the official MCC Umpires regarding their conduct and more importantly playing with a smile and determination. Man of the match was awarded to Aysin Khan.
