Aberdovey trip

Continuing a tradition at Slough & Eton, in February, 2 minibuses set off for Wales full of excited pupils from years 10 and 11 for an outward bounds adventure weekend.

The trip to Aberdovey on the Welsh coast was a great success with pupils raft building, orienteering, night walking, team building and even taking the ‘Leap of Faith’!

As you can see from the photographs, everyone enjoyed themselves and helped to pitch their own tents in the evenings. Despite the rather chilly weather our pupils battled through each task with the help of friends old and new.

Many thanks to Miss Antrobus for arranging the trip with financial help from the Outward Bounds Trust and to Mr Bradley and Miss Wilson for leading the adventure during their half term.
