Pupils from Slough & Eton School attended the Reading Football Club match versus West Bromwich Albion Football Club on Saturday 27th March 2010. Our 3 minibuses full of excited pupils, parents and staff set off bright and early and saw a great game. An early goal from Reading FC’s Gylfi Sigurdsson made sure it was end to end action. The now Premier league bound West Brom equalised late on through Gabriel Tamas.

You will see from the photos that Idrees Khan (10 Green) was invited to join all the other schools in attendance on the pitch for a photo shoot before the kick off. He was handed a Reading FC scarf by Tom Hall (Reading FC’s community development officer) and Idrees was delighted to meet Kingsley the official club mascot!
